Theta Asset Management Ltd (ACN 071 807 684, AFSL 230920) is dedicated to providing comprehensive and independent Responsible Entity services to boutique and established fund managers. Theta may act as an independent trustee for clients issuing wholesale trusts or as a Responsible Entity for clients wishing to issue managed investment schemes to retail clients. We seek to issue funds in association with quality investment managers that deliver investors with clear and desirable investment options.

The funds currently issued by Theta may only be used by wholesale investors subject to the offer document.

Theta Asset Management Ltd was the Responsible Entity for the:

Huon Australian Share Fund (ARSN: 090 750 253)
Huon Value Growth Trust (ARSN: 087 380 765)
Huon Small Companies Fund (ARSN: 099 629 982)

All three schemes have been wound up and all funds have been returned to investors.
